TERMS AND SETTLEMENT: Valid Drivers License required for registration. Full Cash payment or Good In-State Check paid to the Cashier before loading any items. NO SALES TAX. All items must be removed on the day of sale unless arrangements are made with the Auctioneer. Winning Bidders shall assume full responsibility for items purchased immediately upon being declared the winning bidder. Inventory subject to change. A Ten (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid amount to determine the total purchase price on all items EXCEPT the Pickup and Jeep.
