ALL ITEMS offered in “AS-IS” and “Where Is” Condition. No Warranties or Guarantees of any type are Expressed or Implied by the Seller or Auction Company. The Auctioneers are not responsible for any statements made by the Sellers or other parties.
SETTLEMENT: Full Cash payment or Good Check paid to the Cashier today before removing or loading any items. NO SALES TAX. All items must be removed on day of sale unless arrangements are made with the Auctioneer. In addition, the Auctioneer, or the Auction Firm, shall not be responsible for the security of any items on the yard. Winning Bidders shall assume full responsibility for items purchased immediately upon being declared the winning bidder.
A Ten (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid amount to determine the total purchase price.
